Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, ironed or that don’t come with your ordering information inside the package will not be accepted.

*All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
No, you are covered by our Free Restock Policy, this means that when an item is returned for any reason (return or size change) you will not be charged any restocking fee. The return shipping cost is to be handled by you.

After we have confirmed your eligibility to return the item, please re-pack the item and all its accessories in its original packaging.

Post your item to a given address provided by our customer support. We HIGHLY recommend you send the products using a secured or tracking method (mandatory in order to be eligible for a refund), and that you retain your proof of postage.

As soon as we have received your returned items, we will issue a full refund/exchange within 2-3 business days. We’ll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed.
